I trained in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and now practice depth-oriented psychotherapy at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy in San Francisco.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked across government and business sectors, including in international and cross-cultural contexts. These experiences broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the complex forces that shape who we are and how we relate.

In my work with individuals and couples, I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach that gets to the heart of what’s most alive and unresolved. I believe in the power of psychotherapy to transform stuck patterns, heal old wounds, and open new pathways for connection, purpose, and growth.

I feel profoundly grateful for the work I do as a therapist — there’s nothing I’d rather be doing.
